As the Los Angeles LGBT Center returned to producing events post-pandemic, we were fortunate to engage the expertise and consultation of Kate Brandt. With Kate's recommendations and guidance, the Center experimented with new pathways for engaging first-time patrons, developed a cohesive identity for the vast breadth of diverse program offerings, and established new strategies for emailing patrons based on their purchase history.
